Code of Conduct for Seller Partners

At Nexora, we are building a trusted community through fashion and co-commerce. This Code of Conduct outlines the standards of ethical and responsible behavior expected from every Seller Partner associated with Nexora.
Every Seller Partner must strictly adhere to this Code in order to maintain Nexora’s reputation, values, and community-driven mission.
🔷 1. General Conduct with the Public
- Always respect the privacy, time, and preferences of potential buyers and community members.
- Never mislead, exaggerate, or conceal facts about Nexora’s products or income opportunities.
- Do not visit any customer’s location without prior permission or scheduled appointment.
- Dress and communicate professionally when representing Nexora.
- Only use official product information and sales materials approved by Nexora.
- Refrain from making false claims about earnings or product benefits.
- Avoid aggressive, forceful, or deceptive sales techniques.
- Never engage in or promote unethical or illegal activities.
🔷 2. Product Representation
- Present all fashion and lifestyle products honestly and clearly.
- Do not make unauthorized medical, cosmetic, or performance claims.
- Respect MRP and pricing policies—do not overcharge customers.
- Use accurate product descriptions and refrain from altering packaging or labels.
🔷 3. Use of Nexora’s Intellectual Property
- Nexora’s logos, brand names, and product content are protected. Do not copy, modify, or publish without permission.
- Do not create unofficial pages, groups, or handles using Nexora brand names or logos (e.g., "Nexora" or "Mr. Panther Fans").
- Do not design or distribute flyers, banners, or training material using Nexora branding unless officially authorized.
🔷 4. Business Integrity & Community Ethics
- Do not poach or cross-line recruit Seller Partners from other teams.
- Always support and uplift your team members with training and guidance.
- Do not promote any other brands or products using the Nexora platform.
- Never represent yourself as an employee or agent of Nexora—you are an independent business partner.
🔷 5. Identification & Compliance
- Carry your Nexora ID (NXID) while selling or attending company events.
- Do not use ID cards or branding to misrepresent your authority or role.
- Follow the guidelines of the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021 issued by the Government of India.

🔷 7. Violation & Penalties
If a Seller Partner is found in violation of the Code, Nexora reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate their Seller Partner account (NXID)
- Forfeit commissions or incentives
- Take legal action if necessary
