1. General Guidelines
- This policy applies only to fashion and lifestyle products such as apparel, footwear, accessories, and sunglasses sold through www.wearnexora.com.
- Nexora reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
2. Return Eligibility
- Products are eligible for return within the return period mentioned on the product’s description page.
- The product must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- With all tags, labels, and original packaging intact
- Free from stains, sweat, perfume, or damage
- Innerwear, socks, and swimwear are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
3. Reporting Issues
- Any issue regarding wrong, damaged, or missing products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to:

4. Refund Process
- Refunds are initiated only after a successful quality check at Nexora’s warehouse.
- Amount will be refunded to your original payment source (bank/UPI/card/wallet) within 7–10 business days after approval.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable except in case of damaged or wrong product delivery.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch via the Order section in your account.
- Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible—but you can still return the product as per this policy.
6. Important Conditions
Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:
- The product is used or washed
- Original tags/packaging are missing
- There is any physical damage or odor
- It’s a bundled promotional product (partial returns not allowed)
7. Repeat Returns Abuse
- Nexora reserves the right to restrict return privileges or impose additional charges on accounts found to be abusing the return system through repeated, unjustified returns.
8. Reverse Pickup & Self-Shipping
- Nexora will arrange three pickup attempts.
- If pickup is unsuccessful, you may self-ship the return courier.

9. Refund for Canceled Orders
- If an order is canceled before dispatch, refund will be processed after adjusting any applicable business incentives or rewards earned on that order.
10. Disputes & Jurisdiction
All disputes arising out of this policy shall be governed by Indian laws, and courts located at Nainital, Uttarakhand shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
